Evangeline Moore

My academic and professional orientation has always been towards the examination and advancement of democracy, from different angles and through various experiences. Now at the Institute since September 2023, I am very glad to be focused on researching elections with this same intent. I previously worked in Georgia for a political foundation and a media outlet on projects intended to improve democracy and dialogue throughout the South Caucasus. My master’s degree was in Conflict & Democracy Studies at Masaryk University, including a traineeship at the European Public Law Organization in Greece. My hobbies throughout all of this are running, hiking, knitting, and doing puzzles.
